Bingo Gringo is a very spicy and hot looking site. That will be on account of the jalapeno chili that has been stylised as the mascot of Bingo Gringo. It is wearing a sombrero, has a big moustache and looks angry, probably as a consequence of basking in all that heat. A series of cactuses in the background sets the scene and ties in with the theme of the site. While this setting is maintained in the featured image at the top of the homepage, the theme starts to slip once you work your way further down the homepage and find that there is very little else about Bingo Gringo that ties in.
So much so in fact that by the time you get to the About section at the bottom of the homepage, there is no mention of any kind of Mexican theme whatsoever that might link the notion of Bingo Gringo with the games to be offered on the site. Instead it simply speaks about the online bingo and instant games that can be enjoyed at Bingo Gringo with no need to download software to play.
Bingo Gringo is operated by Cassava Enterprises Ltd, a company who are based in Gibraltar and licensed and regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commission. They in turn are owned by the 888 group who are licensed by the Great Britain Gambling Commission which is why Bingo Gringo is able to market its services at British-based players. All of the games that can be played on the site have been independently tested to ensure that they provide fair play and honest payouts.
Mobile players are well catered for here because all of the site’s games have been designed to work in-browser using HTML5. The software that powers the site is operated by Bridgend Ltd who are a sister company of Cassava Enterprises. When it comes to security, 128-bit SSL encryption is used to keep sensitive information such as credit card numbers and personal details secure at all times. What's more, Cassava Enterprises promise that they will not share customer data with third parties.
There isn't any information about deposit methods specifically to be found on the site, but there is some information about withdrawals listed under the FAQ. Here you’ll learn that withdrawal options include credit and debit card, with UK MasterCard prioritised. Other withdrawal options include Paypal, cheque, Neteller, and wire transfer. There is a 48 hour wait for withdrawal requests to processed. After that it will take 2 to 3 working days minimum before the funds will appear in your account and longer if you're using a method such as cheque or bank transfer.
Most of these withdrawal options should also be available for deposits, credit and debit card specifically, although cheque and bank transfer are probably not available as deposit options. The site doesn't specify what the minimum and deposit or withdrawal amount is unfortunately.
Bingo Gringo doesn't exactly surpass itself when it comes to welcome bonuses and other offers. There is admittedly the £30 free bonus when you sign up and deposit £10, although this is limited to a maximum of £100 in bonus cash. All bonus cash is subject to a 4x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn. As a Cassava Enterprises site, there isn't much else by way of promotions to get excited about.
Type | Amount | Match | Playthrough | Claim |

The promotions page does make mention of certain bingo games however such as Late Night Show which operates from 1am where there is £100 in real money to be shared and just 50 players are entitled to take part in the game. There’s also a loyalty scheme of some sort in place. In fact, the site dispenses 2 million loyalty points each month in a prize giveaway whose prize is shared among 40 lucky winners. On Mondays these is also happy hour between 4pm and 6pm.
There are three types of being available at Bingo Gringo, 90-ball, 75-ball and High Five Bingo. Guides for each of these games is provided on the site. There are three ways to win in 90-ball bingo, one way to win in 75-ball bingo and five ways to win appropriately in High Five Bingo because lines can be completed horizontally, diagonally and vertically. Some of these games have coverall or guaranteed jackpots, whereas others have a progressive jackpot.
If you're primarily interested in the progressive jackpots then there are three games to choose from: Diamonds Are Forever, which is a 75-ball game, House Party which is a 90-ball game, and Swedish Jackpot which is a High Five progressive bingo jackpot. The value of the progressive jackpot prizes will usually range from a few hundred pounds to several thousand.
Bingo Gringo also has a decent selection of slots that work on mobile, tablet and desktop. These have names such as Happy Mushroom, Paradise Reels, Irish Luck and Sands of Fortune. Several of these games have progressive jackpots that can be worth £10,000 or more. It’s also possible to play games where you can win instantly, but exact details pertaining to these isn't available on the site without being logged in.
Bingo Gringo doesn’t have a great selection of branded slots, but there are some titles that stand out on account of their gameplay, graphics or a combination of both. These include the X Factor slot, Bruce Lee 2, Shaman’s Dream and Wizard of Oz. There is also Jack and the Beanstalk and Starburst, two slots that have proven to be immensely popular at casino and bingo sites all over the web.
Bingo Gringo is a cool name and a cool theme for a site, but it feels like it's been half-heartedly implemented. The theme just doesn't quite wash or ring true, probably because there are no themed promotions that tie in with the spicy jalapeno mascot. It is a shame because Bingo Gringo has a nice logo and mascot leading the games and there is the potential for this theme to really come to life and for it to become a vibrant and fun-filled site where there is a lot to see and play.
In terms of the integration of its theme, Bingo Gringo feels like just another bingo site which it is indeed what it is. Because Cassava Enterprises operate so many of these sites, they seem to be going through the motions with most of them, doing the bare minimum to churn out another site in record time. While there is no means of saying how long it took the company to assemble Bingo Gringo, it is fair to assume that they didn't labour over this one for too long. It’d be helpful if there were information about deposits, and as for the welcome bonus, while passible it is nothing of note. With a little more care and attention, Bingo Gringo would be a good or possibly even great site instead of just another run of the mill bingo site.
